SCOPE OF LICENSE

This licence only applies to Twistround Email Replicator Service ("POPREP") Version 7.0. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using, installing, copying, or distributing this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Twistround Limited. Your use, installation, copying, or distribution of POPREP indicates your acceptance of this agreement ("License").

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License, then do not use, install, copy, or distribute any copy of POPREP with which this License is included.

The licence may only be used to install the software on a single physical or virtual system. If you install the software on an additional system, you are required to uninstall it from any other system where it may have previously been installed.

This agreement grants you the right to make unlimited copies of the POPREP installation package and to distribute it to unlimited number of 3rd parties. The Binaries and associated documentation will at all times remain the property of Twistround Limited. Any copies must be identical to and unmodified version of the software exactly as recieved from Twistround LTD.

You may use, install and distribute POPREP solely as expressly provided in this License. You may not rent, lease, loan, sublicense, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on, POPREP, nor permit anyone else to do so. You may not make access to POPREP available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, nor permit anyone else to do so.

All rights of any kind in POPREP which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Twistround Limited.

Please note that references to buying or purchasing mean the buying or purchasing of software licenses. Twistround Limited licenses its software products. It does not sell ownership of these products.

EVALUATION LICENCE:

Twistround LTD gives you the right to Evaluate all features of POPREP for 30 days.

To continue to use the full version once the grace period has expired, a valid production licence must be purchased from Twistround LTD. Failing that the software will continue to operate for a further 7 days with restricted functionality. You must not to tamper with the software configuration in an attempt to extend the evaluation period.

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License, then do not use, install, copy, or distribute any copy of POPREP with which this License is included.

All rights of any kind in POPREP which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Twistround Limited.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

POPREP, AND ANY AND ALL ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE, FILES, DATA AND MATERIALS, ARE DISTRIBUTED AND PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TWISTROUND LTD DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF, POPREP. IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT DOES TWISTROUND LTD AUTHORIZE YOU OR ANYONE ELSE TO USE POPREP IN APPLICATIONS OR SYSTEMS WHERE POPREP'S FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL INJURY, OR IN LOSS OF PROPERTY, OR IN LOSS OF LIFE. ANY SUCH USE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD TWISTROUND LTD HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LOSSES RELATING TO SUCH UNAUTHORIZED USE.
